Once Upon a Time…
Since launching in 2018, Smokehouse Catering has already established itself as Juneau’s go-to full-service caterer with a reputation for great-tasting food, innovative menus, and superior service.
Smokehouse was launched through the Social Enterprises program in the Business & Economic Development Department of the Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska. It was named in honor of the “smokehouse”, a traditional wood hut used for subsistence by Alaska Natives to dry, smoke, and preserve salmon.
T&H’s family of businesses offer customers a wide range of convenient, on-site services. Smokehouse Catering, Elizabeth Peratrovich Hall, and Sacred Grounds Café are uniquely positioned to meet all the needs of your meeting, special events, or family affair!
